One of the most important things a player possesses in the NFL is the desire to play. Day in and day out, the players who love the game are the ones who give the most effort. This translates to solid play very often and can elevate the play of guys who aren’t necessarily the most talented. Desire and passion are important, and right now it appears that Su’a Cravens is questioning his desire.
Cravens is mulling retirement prior to the season, and was recently placed on the exempt/left team list. He will be out for at least a month while he and the Redskins alike try to figure out what his future will be.
