The Washington Redskins will reportedly begin their season on the road.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports the Philadelphia Eagles will host the Redskins on Sunday, Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Stadium.
Washington also opened the season against Philadelphia in 2017, but that took place at FedEx Field. For the past two seasons, the Redskins have faced the Eagles in Philadelphia on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football.”
But that’s apparently changing this year.
The NFL’s full schedule will be released Wednesday at 8 p.m.
Washington went 0-2 against the Eagles in 2018.
