RICHMOND — A pair of skirmishes broke out Saturday morning between the Redskins and Texans on two separate fields and erupted into a full-on brawl. The melee forced the separation of the two squads, and instead of capitalizing on the chance to practice against another team for one final time, players for both teams settled for intrasquad play.
Soon after the Redskins offense and Texans defense took one field to begin 11-on-11 action, and while Houston’s offense and Washington’s defense got to work on the second practice field, scuffles began.
Things got chippy only a couple of plays into the Field A work.
