The Washington Redskins landed another veteran corner, adding depth but also a little age with the addition of Greg Toler on a one-year deal, a source told ESPN.
Toler, who transformed himself from a Division II player at Saint Paul's College in Virginia into an NFL starter, will provide insurance for Washington. Starter Chris Culliver is coming off a torn ACL and might not return until the season opener, at which point it could take him time to regain his form.
They also have Bashaud Breeland, Will Blackmon and Quinton Dunbar.
