The AAF ceased operations just about a week ago, and since that time, a handful of their former players have found work for other NFL teams. The Redskins signed one, defensive end Andrew Ankrah, last week, and now they are adding another.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Redskins have agreed to terms with offensive lineman Salesi Uhatafe. The former Salt Lake Stallion played his college football at Utah and had previously spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Adding Uhatafe is a fine upside move for the ‘Skins, especially considering the awful issues they had at the guard position last year.
