The Redskins have made yet another small roster move as the 2019 NFL preseason drags on. This time around, the team is waiving a player that they recently signed in order to add more depth to their defensive line.
According to the Redskins’ official Twitter account, the team signed Florida defensive tackle Khairi Clark and waived defensive back DeJuan Neal. This move is likely just for depth purposes, but the move certainly makes sense.
Clark is an undrafted free agent who played his college ball at Florida. He sports a 6-foot-1, 309-pound frame and will likely play on the interior defensive line for the ‘Skins.
