With today’s matchup against the New York Giants in the rear-view mirror, the Washington Redskins turn their focus to another divisional rival, this time on the national stage.
The NFC East-leading Redskins on Dec. 7 play host to the Dallas Cowboys for a Monday Night Football matchup at FedExField. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET.
The Cowboys will come to FedExField with a 3-8 record and off the heels of a 33-14 Thanksgiving loss to the Carolina Panthers at AT&T Stadium.
Dallas has been hit hard by the injury bug to this point of the season, particularly on offense, where Pro Bowl quarterback Tony Romo has missed the majority of the season with a clavicle injury, while All-Pro wide receiver Dez Bryant missed five games after breaking a bone in his right foot against the New York Giants in their season opener.
