Washington Posts’ Mike Jones reports the Washington Redskins have interest in signing for Cincinnati Bengals free agent safety Reggie Nelson. The Skins recently released two safeties in Dashon Goldson and Jeron Johnson and need to add depth.
They did just re-sign Duke Ihenacho to a deal and they have DeAngelo Hall there too. However, there is still uncertainty at the position. Head coach Jay Gruden recently stated that he thought Hall would make a great safety but the Skins still need to find the future beyond that.
Redskins have some interest in FS Reggie Nelson.
