When the Washington Redskins drafted outside linebacker Preston Smith is seemed as though they’d be prepping him to be an integral part of the attack on defense this season. The Redskins needed to add more pass rushing to the defense and Smith would be counted on to help provide that.
But the Redskins just signed outside linebacker Junior Galette and this gives them albeit a troubled but proven pass rusher who’s had 22 sacks over the past two seasons. The Redskins already had Trent Murphy on hand ahead of Smith and now in comes Junior Galette.
