The most notable name on this list is former 4th round pick, and starting FS Montae Nicholson. He has been in the news for his off-field activities the last two seasons, and his play on the field wasn't holding up. The Redskins officially announced the signing of Sean Davis who is expected to take his spot with Troy Apke backing him up.
The 4 CBs released were part of the stream of street free agents signed last year to keep Josh Norman on the bench.
