Redskins RB Matt Jones might get fewer carries thanks to Robert Kelley

ASHBURN, Va. -- One week, the Washington Redskins want to get Matt Jones more touches so he can develop a rhythm. The next week, they want to get someone else more touches to give him a rest.

Jones rushed for 117 yards vs. the Cleveland Browns two games ago, attributable to the fact he had 22 carries. The next week vs. Baltimore, he had 31 yards on 14 carries. Now, perhaps rookie Robert Kelley might get more chances.

Kelley carried three times for 18 yards against the Ravens and coach Jay Gruden said that could lead to more opportunities.
