ASHBURN, Va. -- Washington Redskins rookie safety Kyshoen Jarrett was placed on injured reserve, ending his season two days after a brutal collision with Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden.
Redskins coach Jay Gruden said Monday that doctors were concerned with the nerves in Jarrett's right arm following the first quarter hit on McFadden, who went real low as he approached the safety.
The Redskins signed corner Cary Williams to take his roster spot and provide more depth in the secondary.
