Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder has recently hired an architecture firm to create a design for his proposed new stadium. The Danish firm Bjarke Ingels Group which is designing the new stadium is about to be featured in a piece on 60 Minutes.
The new design they’ve come up with is innovative to say the least. Snyder has talked about building a new stadium that is more reminiscent of RFK Stadium. That’s where the Redskins played in Washington D.C. before moving to FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.
It’s not clear if the stands in this Redskins new stadium will move like they did in RFK.
