The Redskins firing Jay Gruden was obviously the biggest coaching shakeup for the team this season and league-wide as well. But ahead of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins, the Redskins have made a couple of other minor changes to Bill Callahan’s staff.
According to the team’s official Twitter account, the ‘Skins have promoted Phil Rauscher to the offensive line coach position while they also brought on Aaron Stamn as an offensive assistant. Both moves are sensible ones.
Before being tapped as the Redskins interim head coach, Callahan had been serving as their offensive line coach.
