Redskins mailbag: On the end of the Robert Griffin III era and on Monday’s cuts

The Washington Redskins made a flurry of moves to position themselves for Wednesday’s start to free agency. In so doing, they officially closed the book on the Robert Griffin III era, and also said goodbye to respected locker-room leaders Dashon Goldson and Jason Hatcher.

It’ll be interesting to see how team officials go about replacing them as they continue to mold and shape this roster.
