It’s been hot in Washington D.C. lately. In fact, it’s been pretty hot all over the country. It’s not unusual for this to be the case at this point in July — the dog days of summer. But it definitely can have an impact on people and football players in particular.
NFL training camps have been opening in recent days during the heat, and players have been practicing in the heat as a result. The Washington Redskins haven’t yet opened their camp, but there are some players that are getting prepared for that.
One of those players is rookie Kelvin Harmon.
