Redskins Injury Update: Adrian Peterson has grade 1 high ankle sprain and grade 2 low ankle sprain, says he's good

The Redskins RB group is hurting right now, and they face a short week where they will travel to Minnesota to face the Vikings on Thursday Night Football. Adrian Peterson injured his ankle on Sunday during a play where he fumbled against the 49ers. Bill Callahan said he was scheduled for an MRI today and now we know the results.

Adrian Peterson told ESPN's Josina Anderson that he suffered a grade 1 high ankle sprain and a grade 2 low ankle sprain. He also added that he's good, which seems like an overly optimistic outlook considering his injuries.
