At this point last season, the Redskins were using a patchwork lineup on both sides of the ball to try to stay afloat in a playoff race. This situation may not be as dire yet this year, but it is trending towards a worse spot. Many of Washington’s best players are dealing with injuries that could keep them out in Week 10 against the Buccaneers.
One player has already been confirmed out. That would be Redskins RB Chris Thompson, who is still dealing with a rib injury that could sideline him for a fair amount of time.
