I know some probably don’t consider Kirk Cousins to be a star player but he is the starting quarterback, so that makes him a star to some degree. This week may the moment of truth for both head coach Jay Gruden and quarterback Kirk Cousins as well.
Gruden needs a win in the worst way and Cousins needs a good performance in order to remain the starter and possibly to ensure that his biggest supporter in Gruden gets to keep his job.
