Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer reports that the Redskins are expected to sign CB Lou Young after he worked out for Washington on Wednesday.
Young, 25, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia Tech back in May of 2014. He lasted just a few months in Denver before he was waived during the final week of the preseason.
After brief stints with the Ravens and Jaguars, Young signed a future/reserve contract with the Panthers last year but has been among their final roster cuts in each of the past two seasons.
