Redskins officials announce Tuesday that they have elevated cornerback Jeremy Harris from the practice to squad to the roster.
Harris, 24, is a third year pro who played at New Mexico State. At 6-2 and 185, he appeared in six games for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2014.
With the NFC East championship and a playoff berth in hand, Coach Jay Gruden hasn’t tipped his hand on the extent to which he plans to play his starters against the Cowboys Sunday or use the game as an opportunity to rest the ailing and give young players an opportunity.
