In each facet of the 2019 offseason, the Washington Redskins worked to supplement their roster with depth. Time will tell how well they fared in different areas, and their merry-go-round at offensive tackle is already an indictment of how they’ve prepared at that position.
That said, the initial profiles of most of their 2019 NFL Draft picks proved to be very promising, and even their late-round picks possessed valuable qualities in reserve players. Cole Holcomb has his athleticism and his upside as a three-down linebacker. Ross Pierschbacher has his plentiful experience on the interior. Kelvin Harmon has his contested catch ability.
