Washington Redskins S DeAngelo Hall has missed 31 of the last 48 games due to various injuries. He most recently suffered a torn ACL in Week 3 of the 2016 season and is likely to start the 2017 season on the reserve/PUP list.
Hall signed with the Redskins as a free agent prior to the 2009 season. He has played six seasons at cornerback, but made the switch to free safety in the twilight of his career.
His unavailability is a blow to the Redskins, who need veteran depth at safety.
