LANDOVER — Washington Redskins cornerback Chris Culliver is active for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Culliver’s availability was uncertain after he missed both Thursday and Friday’s practice with a left knee injury. It’s a boost to the secondary that he can play, but whether he can go 100 percent will dictate his playing time on Sunday.
Receiver Andre Roberts headlines the inactive list. Roberts has struggled early and dropped three passes in three games. His status on Sunday is a sign the team is holding him accountable for it, and this should mean more looks for rookie Jamison Crowder.
