ASHBURN, Virginia – The Washington Redskins are bracing for another hit to their passing attack. Receiver Jamison Crowder’s hamstring injury has prevented him from practicing this week, leaving him in real jeopardy of missing Sunday’s game at Seattle.
But they at least had encouraging news along the offensive line: guard Brandon Scherff was able to practice, albeit limited to some work during individual drills.
Coach Jay Gruden said he was “concerned” that Crowder might have to miss. He injured his hamstring in Sunday’s loss to Dallas. He has worked with the athletic trainers off to the side during practice, but not at full speed.
