ASHBURN, Va. – One move garnered more attention than the others – by a considerable amount – but it wasn’t the only one that helped the Washington Redskins. They’ve changed starters at several positions this season, prompted by performance, and have been rewarded with improved play. The Redskins aren't a great team, not at 6-7. But they are in position to win the NFC East in part because of these changes.
Here are four changes the Redskins have made to the starting lineup that has benefitted them:
Quarterback Kirk Cousins. There’s a lot to still determine with Cousins, like what sort of contract he should receive and how good he can become.
