The Redskins on Tuesday filled out their practice squad by signing Deshazor Everett, the former Texas A&M cornerback who made a strong impression in the preseason.
The decision to bring back Everett to the Redskins fold capped four-day roller-coaster ride for the 23-year-old, who was relieved to have been spared the final roster cutdown from 75 players to 53 on Saturday only to learn Monday morning, after taking part in his first practice as a member of the final roster on Sunday, that he had been cut in order to make room for former Seattle tight end Anthony McCoy.
