The Washington Redskins signed their third free agent from another team and continued to build depth while doing so. At least that’s their hope (and belief). The Redskins signed free-agent inside linebacker Terence Garvin on Thursday.
Garvin spent the past three seasons with Pittsburgh, playing mostly on special teams.
