Redskins are once again within striking distance in the NFC East

So here we are again, as we were during the bye week, scanning the NFC East standings and noticing the Washington Redskins are within striking distance of first place. They’re just 1/2 a game behind the New York Giants heading into Week 11. Here’s how the division looks:

1. New York Giants (5-5)
2. Washington Redskins (4-5)
3. Philadelphia Eagles (4-5)
4. Dallas Cowboys (2-7)

And once again, the Redskins will face an undefeated opponent on the road. Two weeks ago, it was the New England Patriots, who won 27-10.
