Now that the 2018 NFL season is over for the Redskins, they are focusing on attempting to rebuild what appears to be a team that is crumbling. The team may have a poisoned leadership structure, and while there are expected to be changes, Bruce Allen seems like he is staying in D.C. And as long as that’s the case, the fans won’t be happy.
Regardless of what the leadership structure is in Washington, the team will still be making roster moves and personnel decisions throughout the offseason. Earlier in the week, they added six players on reserve/future contracts, and they added another one on Wednesday.
