Redskins 2016 NFL Mock Draft – A Safety Emerges

Round 1.The Redskins have not made a big splash to sign a top free agent defensive lineman. They signed DE Kendall Reyes and while he’s still got potential, his performance has been on the downward trend for the past few seasons. It was expected that the Redskins would load up on the defensive line in the draft and it’s even more apparent now. They will need both a nose tackle and a defensive end in this draft. Baylor’s Andrew Billings could play either position. He doesn’t have the typical size of a 3-4 defensive lineman. However, he has freakish strength and can hold his position at the point of attack.
