In the final stages of his recovery from a twice-torn Achilles’ tendon, DeAngelo Hall hasn’t had the chance to show Redskins defensive coordinator Joe Barry his moves on the field. But the veteran corner has impressed his new boss with his professionalism — a quality the team could use more of as it tries to extricate itself from the cellar of the NFC East and improve on last season’s 4-12 record.
“The leadership that he has been showing with not practicing, I’ve really been impressed with,” Barry said of Hall on Wednesday, following the Redskins’ fifth full-team work-out of the offseason.
