The Washington Commanders had a joint practice with the New York Jets on Thursday, and will now visit them for their first preseason game. Jayden Daniels is expected to start, but will likely only play for a series or two. The offensive line has been been missing several starters this week, and the depth has been getting tested. This is the debut game for Dan Quinn as the head coach, and he brings two new coordinators with him to Washington, DC Joe Whitt Jr. and OC Kliff Kingsbury.
