The Washington Football Team announced their latest signing in free agency. They have signed another WR who has experience returning kicks/punts. DeAndre Carter has officially joined the team on a 1-year deal, and gives them more options on special teams. Washington also signed Adam Humphries who has experience returning kicks, but he said that wasn’t discussed when he was signed.
Carter was an undrafted free agent from Sacramento State who signed with the Baltimore Ravens after the 2015 NFL draft. He bounced around with 4 teams before making the Philadelphia Eagles final roster in 2018.
