Getting back to work in the fourth round on Saturday, the Washington Redskins selected Duke wide receiver Jamison Crowder with the 105th overall pick, and seven selections later, drafted Alabama guard Arie Kouandjio.
Crowder, a 5-foot-8, 185-pound senior shined as a slot receiver and return man. In 2014, he recorded 85 catches for 1,044 yards and six touchdowns. In 2013 and 2014, Crowder also scored four touchdowns on returns.
Crowder has drawn comparisons to Chicago Bears receiver Eddie Royal, and said that he tries to pattern his game after Antonio Brown of the Steelers.
“I just want an opportunity to get in the league, and I wouldn’t want to play for no better team than the Redskins.
