The Redskins made a necessary move this offseason when they fired Bruce Allen after a decade with the team. Allen never delivered the success promised when he came to the team and he played a role in the dysfunction that characterized the organization last decade.
That was then, this is now. The Redskins got off to a good start in the 2020 offseason when they brought in Ron Rivera as their new head coach. Rivera had a nine-year run with the Carolina Panthers and always got his teams to play hard and is a great motivator.
