Versatile Washington Redskins defensive back Kyshoen Jarrett (shoulder) will not play Sunday against the Green Bay Packers, coach Jay Gruden said. In better health news, center Kory Lichtensteiger is expected to return to practice this week.
Jarrett was injured after a helmet-to-helmet hit on Sunday in the first quarter of the Redskins’ win over the Dallas Cowboys. Jarrett left the game to be evaluated for a concussion. He did not return.
“Kyshoen, the neck is fine, everything came back in a positive way, but we’re concerned about the nerve that affects his right arm,” Gruden said. “We’re going to do more tests on that and go from there.
