The latest move in the Redskins front office shakeup following the hiring of Head Coach Ron Rivera was just announced. Kyle Smith has been the Redskins Director of College Personnel for the last 3 years after replacing Scott Campbell. He was a favorite of the internal candidates to be promoted to general manager following the firing of Team President Bruce Allen.
Kyle Smith's title has now be upgraded to Vice President of Player Personnel. If this sounds familiar it was the title Doug Williams held until last week. Williams title was changed to Vice President of Player Development.
