ASHBURN, Va. -- Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette understands the impatience. He's felt it himself, having missed two seasons of football because of injuries. That's why he's hoping to make his Redskins' debut Sunday -- more than two years after signing with them.
Galette injured his hamstring two weeks ago, sidelining him for the first two preseason games. That comes after he missed the previous two seasons because of two different Achilles' injuries. He returned to practice Wednesday and coach Jay Gruden said he'll likely be a game-time decision vs. Cincinnati on Sunday.
But Galette left no doubt Thursday that he wants to play.
