Hired in 2010 Kansas City to be the Chiefs’ head strength and conditioning coach, Clark had only been there for “about a week or two” when the team’s brass informed him of a new coach he’d be working alongside.
That coach was GrandMaster Joe Kim, a 7th Dan Black Belt.
