BOCA RATON, Fla. – Fifteen Redskins were placed on injured reserve last season. Some will be ready to go once the team hits the field in May for offseason practices, but others still need more time.
The most concerning is defensive back Kyshoen Jarrett, who injured his shoulder during the season finale against the Dallas Cowboys. Jarrett hasn’t been able to work out and has lost strength in his right shoulder. Gruden said the muscles are/// firing because of a nerve issue, and he isn’t sure when Jarrett will be cleared at this point.
“It’s a tough injury for him,” Gruden said at the NFL annual meeting on Wednesday.
