Jay Gruden stepped up to the podium to answer questions after today's practice. Video was released this afternoon of Redskins safety Montae Nicholson's early morning fight that led to his arrest for assault and battery and drunk in public. Gruden said he will not play this week, and the team will discuss his future when they gather more information.
