Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden spoke to the media after his teams’ 20-17 preseason win over the Cleveland Browns and addressed the loss of tight end Niles Paul to an ankle injury in the first quarter.
Here’s what Gruden had to say:
“Niles has an ankle fracture / dislocation and it’s a huge loss for us really, said Gruden. One, he’s a great player he’s worked so hard to himself where he is but two he’s a great leader for this football team and the staff and players are sick about it right now.
