As he and his teammates prepare for Monday night’s tilt with the Dallas Cowboys, defensive end Jason Hatcher admits a sense of relief over the fact that they won’t have to face quarterback Tony Romo, who is out with a broken clavicle.
“He’s one of the best quarterbacks in the league when he’s healthy. So it helps out a lot not having him back out there,” said Hatcher, who played for Dallas from 2006-13. “He’s a general. He understands the game and understands the system, and he ran it well when he was healthy. I hope the guy gets healthy fast.
