Few expected the Redskins to make any major moves, but they ended up surprising.
Just before 4:00 p.m. hit on Tuesday, Washington made a trade with the Green Bay Packers. To the Packers went a fourth-round pick. And in exchange, the ‘Skins received safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.
