The return to the practice field of Geron Christian Sr. is turning into a bigger story than most people expected it to be early in the offseason. That was before Ty Nsekhe left in free agency. Before Ereck Flowers was signed. Before Trent Williams started his holdout.
Geron Christian was drafted last year in the 3rd round, and was expected to step into Nsekhe's role as the Redskins swing tackle. He didn't seem like he was ready for that role, and would need to gain strength to play at the NFL level.
