Former Redskin Keenan Robinson says the D.C. players point fingers at each other

A report from Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio emerged that an unnamed Washington Redskin, when asked if he would prefer backup quarterback Colt McCoy over Kirk Cousins, said that McCoy would “at least play with poise.”

It’s a relatively toxic statement. And, according to former Redskin and current New York Giants linebacker Keenan Robinson, that negative language is a part of the norm in the Washington locker room.

“When I was there, three out of the four years it was the same thing: Once they get down, they start pointing fingers, and that’s true,” Robinson told the New York Post’s Howie Kussoy.
