The Washington Redskins have very few veteran receivers. In fact, only one player has been in the league prior to 2018. That would be Cody Latimer.
Latimer, a former second-round pick by the Denver Broncos, was drafted by in 2014. He has played six seasons, four with the Broncos and two with the New York Giants. But this offseason, he inked a one-year contract with the Redskins to provide a veteran presence in their receiving corps and add depth and competition to one of the youngest positions on the team’s roster.
But now, there are questions about whether or not Latimer will be with the team long-term.
