It wasn’t until recently that Kedric Golston realized that now, as he enters his 10th NFL season, he is the longest-tenured Washington Redskin.
Until this year, Santana Moss had held the title. (Cornerback DeAngelo Hall, the only more experienced player on the roster, is entering his 12th season, but seventh with Washington.)
A sixth-round pick out of Georgia in 2006, Golston has seen and experienced quite a bit. He has served as both a starter and a backup, playing both in the 4-3 defense and the 3-4, while also playing on multiple special teams units.
