DeSean Jackson says Silas Redd is done for the season

Not only did the Washington Redskins lose starting tight end Niles Paul to a season-ending injury during Thursday night’s preseason opener against the Cleveland Browns, but it appears back up running back Silas Redd is done for 2015 as well.

Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson posted the following message on Instagram.

Scott Smith of FOX 5 in Washington D.C. posted the following on Twitter during the game.

Anytime a player is carted off an a lare knee brace is used to stabilize his leg, that’s a sign his season is probably over.
